 When I click any color in the border box popover, the popover ratio
 suddenly changes, creating a bit of discomfort while working.

 Notably, this behavior is specific to the border color popover; other
 popovers, such as those for background and text colors, maintain
 consistent dimensions during interaction.

 Steps to Reproduce:
 1. Open the WordPress block editor.
 2. Select a block that supports border customization.
 3. Click on the border color option to open the popover.
 4. Choose any color within the popover.
