 I expect that this is a duplicate of another ticket.

 The first issue I noticed in your screenshot is the lack of space between
 the top box and the plugin cards, which is fixed for 6.9.1 in #64337.

 You also experience the issue reported in #64143 because you have extra
 filter links.
