I agree to close the ticket.
1. I think that the first two screenshots display a lack of space because
a plugin might have removed the left padding on `.auto-fold #wpcontent`
for the Updates screen and `.privacy-php.auto-fold #wpcontent` on the
Privacy page.
2. PR 7776 suggested adding a top margin between the About header and the
navigation. That made some sense when the header had rounded corners, but
they are not rounded in WordPress 6.9.
3. PR 7778 could remove padding from any `.column`. The `is-edge-to-edge`
class removes the padding on the Credits page, and the same class would
belong anywhere else the style is appropriate. However, the introductory
paragraph should retain its padding to line up with the text in the
Maintenance section (as it already did in 6.8.3 and can again in 6.9.1).
