Comment:

 This needs some review. It seems a legit idea and I'm not sure which are
 the concerns of @johnbillion

 I'm not even sure why John added 4.7 to an enhancement like this? How
 there can be an earliest time to reproduce an enhancement? Or this is two-
 folded into a bug and a Themes enhancement?

 For now I would treat this report as the PR 8781 suggests, adding the
 `Any` capability.
