 We host on Cloudways. We discovered yesterday that a client site with SMTP
 settings set through the phpmailer_init hook was now ignoring the
 $phpmailer->From address value we set, reverting to the address set within
 the email itself (Gravity Forms notofications in this case, which were
 still set to use the default admin_email From address). This causes the
 emails to be rejected by the client's Office365 HVE SMTP.

 It sounds like we should be setting $phpmailer->From and
 $phpmailer->Sender now to overcome this? If so that's a massive change
 which is not at all explained in the WP 6.9 changelog!
