 When I compare the panel versions of 6.8 and 6.9, I don't notice a special
 benefit with the new CSS on checkboxes. Perhaps I miss something...

 In many countries, most of the private pc are running windows 7 and most
 of them are not able to use modern Windows versions. But the hardwares are
 clean and major tools work well.
