 Thanks for the report.

 As you can see from
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/wp/6.9/packages/core-
 commands/src/admin-navigation-commands.js#L50 this line], this string
 should definitely be translatable. At least it's translated correctly in
 the Japanese locale.

 Can you access Dashboard > Updates and check if there are any translations
 available to update?
