Comment:

 I'm able to reproduce the issue with `SCRIPT_DEBUG = false`. Reverting
 [60686] and [60685] seems to fix the issue.

 Reverting in [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/9671 PR
 9671] for now.
