Comment:

 The theme had adjustments to the margin for the left and right block
 alignments, and that can be reused for text alignment options added in
 5.9. These rulesets could also need `/*rtl:ignore*/` comments, but for
 some reason I did not add them in the patch for #53158.

 #61321 proposed changing the padding, mainly for Pullquote blocks with
 border or background colors, and that can be a separate discussion.

 > One thing to note is that I don't see a place to edit padding in the
 block settings (this may just be me missing something in Gutenburg,
 though!) Adding a border shows that there's no internal padding at all,
 and I can't find a way to add it beyond manually adding a CSS class.

 Twenty Twenty is a 'classic' theme, so it does not automatically support
 the padding controls in the Gutenberg sidebar for blocks such as a
 Pullquote.
