 Trac is purely for WordPress development (not plugins, themes, and other
 things, even Gutenberg has its own repo in GitHub). And it looks like your
 issue should be addressed in the WooCommerce repository on GitHub:

 Check that this issue isn't reported already, if you will find it, you can
 add your information to the existing one.
