 Thank you, @marinakoleva!

 I reviewed the document, and confirmed that everything there has either
 been changed or is not applicable.

 The main thing there is that most of the identified links are icon-only,
 and icon-only contrast only needs to meet 3.0:1 contrast. The hover
 contrast tool doesn't have any way to know whether the exposed content is
 text or icon. So thank you for your work!

 With the exception of the block editor introduction modal, which is
 frankly *extremely* unimportant content...
