 wp-includes/js/mediaelement/ e.g. mediaelement-and-player.js seem to be
 quite out of date.
 https://github.com/mediaelement/mediaelement/tree/master

 e.g. the current version still uses an href="javascript:void(0)" call
 which was removed in newer versions to make it compatible with stricter
 CSP policies as well as most common trusted type policies.

 Unfortunately, I couldn't find any info on where/how to PR this, since
 these dependencies aren't in wordpress-develop github repo.
