Comment:

 I figured out what was wrong while reproducing it, I had been inspecting
 the SVG after adding it to a page via the media library, and everything
 looked fine there. But when I checked the SVG on the homepage, that’s
 where the problem appeared. Now i'm able to reproduce the issue.
