Comment:

 WordPress 6.5 added plugin dependency
 headers[https://make.wordpress.org/core/2024/03/05/introducing-plugin-
 dependencies-in-wordpress-6-5/] with the Requires Plugins field, so Core
 can already detect and block activation if required plugins are missing.
 For the UI, grouping in the Plugins screen gets tricky when a plugin has
 multiple dependencies. Showing the "Requires:" data in the plugin
 description is a simpler and clearer approach. Closing this for now, if a
 better UI solution is found, we can reopen.
