Comment:

 Since 6 years have passed from the original report and no information has
 been provided with `reporter-feedback` waiting.

 `wp_mail` is perfectly working nowadays, so definitely, it's time to close
 this. @JulesPryla, feel free to comment if you happen to have some
 instructions to reproduce this issue.
