Comment:

 As @Clorith has suggested, to test email you have to actually send the
 email and doing this automatically is not an option which means that this
 must be closed as `wontfix`

 But on the other side, we could add some suggestions to improve
 deliverability as a new Health Check category, such as the idea proposed
 here #62129, we are currently discussing.

 For this reason, we should continue the conversation there and focus
 efforts on this, which can be achievable. Closing this and adding it to
 continue in this other thread.
