 To clarify, I was not inquiring if you can reproduce with a fresh setup of
 your specific site. I am asking: can you reproduce the issue in a new,
 default-settings, no-modifications, no-plugins-installed WordPress site?

 I cannot when testing with a site created with https://jurassic.ninja.
