 @spacedmonkey Apologies for closing, I was mistaken and thought the width
 and height were already included. I double checked and you are right, they
 aren't currently included.

 The PR looks good, except there is one failing test - can you take a look?
 We Probably shouldn't output the width/height at all if the values are
 empty.
