 Inconsistency in the padding applied to the search block input field
 between the editor and the frontend when using the Twenty Seventeen theme.

 === Steps to Reproduce
 1.      Activate the Twenty Seventeen theme.
 2.      Add a Search block using the editor.
 3.      Note the padding of the search input field within the editor.
 4.      View the same page/post on the frontend.
 5.      Observe that the padding of the search input is visually
 different.
