(Using @sabernhardt steps)
1. Activate Twenty Fourteen.
2. Install Russian
3. Go to the Updates page and update the translation.
4. Go to the Menus screen, and add items to the primary menu.
5. Visit one of the pages included in the primary menu.
6. The primary menu scrolls correctly
