related to how the Safe SVG plugin handles its hooks. The hooks mentioned
above don't work when uploading an image through the media block.
This is not how it works, please download a 6.7.2, install the Safe SVG
plugin and try again.
As @sainathpoojary suggested, it's a regression in 6.8 because of one of
the latest changesets.
Your patch is not valid.
