 Hello Team,

 I have checked "Table" block and I found that its border is not appear
 properly into the "twentyfifteen" theme.

 The table border not appear into the front-end, But at editor end it looks
 good. So, I think that it should be work similar at both(Front-end &
 Editor-end).

 I have tested this into the below mentioned configurations:

 - WordPress version: WordPress 6.8.0 running
 - Theme: Twenty Fifteen
 - Browser: Google Chrome, Version 135.0.7049.96 (Official Build) (arm64)
 - Device: MacBook Air M1
 - OS: macOS 15.4.1 (24E263)
 - Gutenberg plugin: Version 20.6.0
