 The `github.rest.search.issuesAndPullRequests` method is deprecated and
 scheduled for removal in [https://github.blog/changelog/2025-03-06-github-
 issues-projects-api-support-for-issues-advanced-search-and-more/ September
 2025].

 Use of this should be removed from GitHub Action workflows.

 This is currently only used in the workflow that searches for pull
 requests that should be closed as a result of the commit.
