 Are these menu items wide enough to wrap to a second line? If yes, the
 header becomes more than 48 pixels tall. Twenty Fourteen adds a condition
 to [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/blob/6605e44764863019162b612efd93586c159f0131/src/wp-
 content/themes/twentyfourteen/js/functions.js#L62-L89 'unfix the header'
 when it is taller].
