 New features in the [https://drafts.csswg.org/css-overflow-5/ CSS Overflow
 5 specification] have been designed to create scroll and carousel
 experiences with built-in accessibility and better performance.

 While [https://developer.chrome.com/blog/carousels-with-css learning more]
 about these new capabilities, I figured that the Twenty Fourteen could
 benefit from this.

 The theme could use the new CSS carousel feature in supporting browsers,
 falling back to the existing JavaScript/jQuery slider. In a supporting
 browser, this would avoid loading over 18 KB of JavaScript!
