 While auditing the `wp-admin/options-general.php` page using the Chrome
 Lighthouse extension, I noticed that the **Site Icon** description fails
 the color contrast accessibility check.

 **Error:**

 > Background and foreground colors do not have a sufficient contrast
 ratio.

 This could impact users with visual impairments and does not meet WCAG
 accessibility standards. A higher contrast ratio between the text and
 background is recommended.

 **Suggestion:**
 Update the text or background color to ensure it meets the minimum
 contrast ratio required for accessibility (WCAG AA or AAA compliance).
