 Integrate the SVG Embed Core Component into Gutenberg with the following
 enhancements:

 1. **SVG-Only Support:** Restrict the component to accept only SVG files.
 2. **Display SVG Tag:** Ensure the SVG tag is visible within the SVG icon,
 as this feature is not currently supported in Gutenberg.
 3. **Feature Request for WP 6.8:** Request the inclusion of this
 functionality in the upcoming WordPress version 6.8.
 4. **Customization Options:** Add settings to adjust SVG colors and other
 visual parameters for improved visibility and customization.
