Comment:

 This could use an update in checking how the interfaces currently behave
 in modern browsers; the last discussion was 8 years ago, and some of the
 issues discussed have undoubtedly changed.

 While it may not be feasible to add a submit button, we can verify whether
 change events are fired in a more controllable way and whether focus is
 properly managed.
