 Seems https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/7656 needs a bit
 more, couldn't get ti to work in all cases here.

 Made https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/7667 instead.
 Uses a slightly different approach, and adds support for converting all
 HEIF mime types (although results may vary when converting
 animations/sequences).
