Comment:

 Based on the testing results above, it seems this is no longer an issue in
 6.7 and the issue is also intermittent.

 There are currently no plans to have a 6.6.3 release at this time. And
 with RC1 for 6.7 happening in a few hours, I think it's best to just close
 this out as `wontfix`.

 If this surfaces as a larger problem than it currently presents as, we can
 reopen this and reconsider.
