 Hello @bstkpera, welcome to Trac and thank you for reporting this by
 opening a ticket here.

 This seems to be a bug in the plugin, not WordPress core. If `$title` is
 not set on a plugin page I think this must be a bug in the plugin. Error
 messages are to inform developers of bugs in their code. The proposed
 change will only hide the error, not fix anything.

 If this only happens when visting this plugin page in admin, I suggest
 reaching out to the plugin author.
