 Hi @herbslebmedia and welcome to WordPress Trac!

 The video link is a 404, I am not able to determine what is being
 reported.
 Please remember that there are are contributors with visual impairments
 that may not be able to see the content of videos, so there needs to be a
 text-only description.

 If this is related to a block (the video block?), then the problem needs
 to be reported in the [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/ Gutenberg
 GitHub repository] instead, where issues related to blocks and the editors
 are managed.
 Please search the repository before opening a new issue. Once the issue
 has been moved to GitHub, this ticket can be closed.
