WordPress (CleanTalk) through common lists

 This does not show the full extent of the issue, but countries like China,
 Indonesia and Russia are getting through even though I have banned every
 country except Canada and USA. I have checked these IP's and they say that
 they are bringing malicious activity into other website. My website is
 https://www.hoovesandshoesphotography.com. I am not sure what to do as I
 am getting viruses. The problem is occurring with the cleantalk plugin.
 Please look over my firewall and malicious scans and you will see what I
 am talking about
