 Bundled Theme: Twenty Eleven: Fix positioning to make links clickable in
 mobile.

 Fix a combination of floated and absolutely positioned content that caused
 previous and next links to be stacked under other content, making them
 unclickable on mobile devices. Adjust the position of the post date so
 that focus order matches visible order. Prevent overlap of 'Edit' button
 on post title.
