 There are other places the `plugin-information-footer` comparison check is
 made followed by a call to `wp.updates.setCardButtonStatus`… Should this
 logic/handling be proactively added to those places as well? (e.g. in
 `wp.updates.installPlugin`, `wp.updates.installPluginSuccess`,
 `wp.updates.checkPluginDependenciesSuccess`,
 `wp.updates.checkPluginDependenciesError`,
 `wp.updates.activatePluginSuccess`, etc)

 And if that's the case, maybe a more robust solution should be put in
 place? Just a thought.
