 Hello @hellofromTonya,  I’ve attached a video demonstrating the entire
 issue that @rickers is trying to explain. I was able to successfully
 reproduce the issue in the latest version of WordPress with no active
 plugins.  I will also write a test report based on the video. I kindly
 request that you modify the ticket title and reproduction steps by
 referencing the attached video.  Thank you!
