 >Thinking the ticket's summary needs to be updated as this ticket is not
 solely about introducing namespacing. Rather, it's about reorganizing and
 rearchitecting the test suites, which has a subtasks recommendation of
 introducing namespacing.

 On Oct 14th, @jrf and I plan to update / rewrite this ticket's summary and
 description, i.e. for it to provide a clear scope of work and guidance of
 subtasks for contributors and committers.
