 It sounds like the issue could be with the overflow setting on the
 container holding the list. If the list is set to
 {{{
 overflow: hidden or scroll
 }}}
 it may prevent the content from scrolling properly. Try setting the
 container’s overflow property to visible in the styles panel to allow the
 content to flow naturally.
