 Why am I unable to scroll down on pages or tabs in WordPress after
 clicking a menu item, while the menu scrolls correctly but the list of
 pages remains static? Could this issue be related to the theme, plugin
 conflicts, or possibly a CSS/JavaScript issue? How can I resolve this
 problem?
