 I'm using WordPress version 6.6.1 and encountering an issue where I cannot
 scroll down on pages or tabs. After clicking a tab, the menu scrolls, but
 the list of pages remains static and won't move. This behavior occurs
 across different tabs. Could this be due to a theme or plugin conflict,
 CSS fixed positioning, or a JavaScript issue? What steps should I take to
 troubleshoot and resolve this?
