 Did you mean that
 1. the video did not load properly when you uploaded it within the
 Customizer and
 2. the video worked for you when you already had it uploaded to the site
 before visiting the Customizer to assign it to the theme?

 I did not notice a problem either way in Firefox or Chrome with Windows,
 but maybe it is still a bug.
