 Welcome to WordPress Core's Trac. Thank you reporting the issue.

 I'm curious if the issue has already been resolved. Since this ticket, CSS
 specificity and style fixes shipped:

 * 6.6.1: the links underline issue and other CSS specificity and styling
 issues were resolved via [58757].
 * 6.6.2: several CSS specificity and style issues shipped via [58988].

 Did upgrading to 6.6.2 resolve the issue?

 If yes, then this ticket can be closed.

 If no, what's next?

 1. Known issue? Check if it's already a known issues
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/64243 listed in this CSS
 specificity and styling tracker]. If yes, share our findings in that issue
 and drop a comment here too.

 2. Not a known issue:

 If it's not a known issue in that tracker, then it needs to be reported
