 Maybe what I'm dealing with here is slightly different.

 I'm testing my plugins with 6.7-beta1, and I'm getting these warnings
 ''only'' on a Multisite installation. I get them even after I remove the
 function call from my plugin entirely, so it's not the plugin that's
 causing the error… it seems to be Multisite itself.
