 Hello @youknowriad,

 After reviewing some of the other pattern section descriptions, I’d like
 to suggest a couple of options for the banners section:

 1) "Visually striking sections to highlight key messages, promotions, or
 calls to action."
 2) "A selection of banner designs to highlight promotions, announcements,
 and key messages."

 If you approve one of these, I’d be happy to make the change. For now, I’m
 committing the code with the patch provided above.
