 Thanks @peterwilsoncc. Most of what will be in 1.8.1 has already been
 included in the patch as was committed, so the update to the official
 v1.8.1 should be very small.

 Progress on getting SimplePie 1.8.1 released can be followed via
 https://github.com/simplepie/simplepie/pull/886
