 Hi

 Translations are provided by contributors, a text that is missing a
 translation in one language usually means that the translation is not
 completed.
 Of the three French translations, only French from France is completed.

 Do I understand correctly that you have the Classic Editor plugin
 installed?
 I am not able to reproduce this using the default interface.
 The Classic Editor plugin is not fully translated to French, see the
 missing translation for the "save draft" text:
 https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/fr/default/wp-plugins/classic-
 editor/

 However, this is not a bug that can be solved in WordPress itself, the
 classic editor is a plugin, and the contributors are volunteers and help
 with the translations when they can.

 Because of this I suggest closing this ticket.
