 Some additional data from usage of the the Speculative Loading plugin
 collected from CrUX/httparchive is available in
 [https://colab.sandbox.google.com/gist/adamsilverstein/412effa95a8a45b1881f8280be826341
 /speculation-rules-colab.ipynb#scrollTo=oKrVBOVQ1ZwY this colab]. The data
 shows improvements across LCP, INP and CLS scores when the plugin is
 installed, and leads to approximately 6% of navigations getting re-
 rendered and this loaded instantly.
