 This is a follow-up to #62413.

 After updating to 6.7.1, I still have problems with the `sizes="auto"`
 attribute in Chrome. I want to solve this problem by using
 `add_filter('wp_img_tag_add_auto_sizes', '__return_false')`. It works
 (removes auto), but only while I'm logged in.
