 Still happens in 6.7.1-RC1. It should be noted that this can only be seen
 if the viewport is between 780 and 1200 pixels wide.

 There is an issue at Gutenberg for which there is a fix, but it has not
 yet been implemented: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/67069
