 Will there be any discussion to prevent a reoccurrence of a similar
 situation in the future?

 This isn't the first time I have seen a minor release with breaking
 changes on top of that, this looks like it was identified before the
 release of 6.7. This should not have been released if it was known.

 We have over 400 sites that are affected by this release. Needless to say,
 I'm reverting.
